Special Class
Special Class is concrete which is specified to have certain properties or characteristics different from, or additional to, those of Normal Class concrete. Such as Pre -cast panels, Green Star, Permeable Concrete, Low shrink pavements, post tension slabs, high strength 60MPa+ concrete, spray mixes etc.
Permeable Concrete
A 7mm stone set in a grey cement base creates a simple, classic look and is also available in different colours. This type of finish uses pervious concrete, which is made from single-size aggregates with little to no fine materials like sand. The cement paste binds the aggregates together, forming a stable yet porous structure that allows water to pass through, making it ideal for sustainable construction.
Post Tension Concrete
Post-tension concrete, particularly our 40MPa 20mm specification, is designed to meet early age strength requirements, reaching 22MPa in just three days—offering significant time and cost savings during construction. Post-tensioning is a method of reinforcing concrete by stressing high-strength steel tendons before the structure bears any service loads.
Green Star Concrete
Green Star Concrete is a specialized mix designed to enhance the sustainability of concrete by lowering the carbon footprint associated with its production. At its core, sustainability involves fulfilling present needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet theirs.
AFS Walls Concrete
AFS (Architectural Framing System) walls are a polymer-based permanent formwork solution designed for concrete walls, offering an efficient and low-maintenance finish suitable for rendering, painting, or external cladding. The extruded components interlock to form a durable structure that can be erected quickly on-site.
Shotcrete Concrete and Spray Concrete
40MPa 7mm Shotcrete Concrete, also known as spray concrete, is a highly versatile and durable construction material ideal for demanding applications such as underground structures and swimming pools.
