TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “Free Sealer Bonus Offer”(effective from 3^rd Feb 2020)

These are the particular terms and conditions that apply to the Vic Mix “Free Sealer Bonus Offer” promotions as displayed on our website/s. They apply in conjunction with Vic Mix “Terms & Conditions of Sale” as displayed on our website/s, and other company literature (including the “Concrete Delivery Docket”).

This is a limited time offer.
Vic Mix reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time.
Offer only applies with a “Qualifying Purchase of Concrete Products”.
Offer good while supplies last.
Offer limited to one per customer and account.
Offer may not be combined with other offers or discounts.
Offer is non-transferrable and may not be resold or redeemed for cash.
If you violate any of the offer terms, the offer will be invalid.

“Qualifying Purchase of Concrete Products” defined as:

Concrete Products must be of the type: “Exposed Aggregate”. Other Decorative Concrete products such as: (but not limited to) Polished Concrete, Coloured Concrete, etc. will not qualify for this promotion.
Concrete products must be purchased in a single event and delivered to a single address (Hence, a single Order on a single day) to the value of $4000 (GST exclusive).

How to claim the free sealer

Call our office on 8793 3100 to confirm availability of stock and receive instruction for pickup from our Depot at 161-171 Ordish Road, Dandenong South.
At the Depot, present your proof of purchase (Concrete Delivery Docket) that contains the promotion description (or code: “PROMO”) identifying you have qualified for the “Free Sealer Bonus Offer”. From a multi-load delivery, this is usually the last one.
You will be asked to sign documentation and provide a Licence number as proof of offer redemption, and details will be kept by Vic Mix for its records.
Sealer will be supplied in a sealed drum package. Approximate weight: 25kg. Approximate dimensions: 300mm diametre and 400mm tall.
Sealer must be claimed within 30 days of the Concrete Order delivery.

GENERAL

All warranties whether expressed or implied and whether statutory or otherwise with regard to the goods/services supplied by Vic Mix as to quality, fitness for purpose or any other matter are hereby excluded except insofar as any such warranties are incapable of exclusion at law.
